2. Considering the information contained in paragraph no. 12 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 5, that during the pendency of the writ petition, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15076 of 2014(4) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 petitioner has been inflicted with the punishment of 'Censure' "withholding of two increments with non-cumulative effect" in accordance with the Bihar Government Servant (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005, I don't find proper to interfere in any manner.

3. The petitioner, if so desire, may take appropriate steps for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
