2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:
(I) For direction to the respondent authorities to stop the construction of road on the private land of the petitioners without acquiring the land in the public interest.
Patna High Court CWJC No.13802 of 2015 dt.03-04-2025 2/3 (II) Grant of compensation to the petitioner for loss of his livelihood and valuable trees which were forcefully cut and illegally taken away from his private lands by the private respondents.
(III) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is fraud entitled to.
3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 stating therein that the petitioner has not come before this Court with clean hands and he has not annexed any document in support of his claim that the construction of road is going on over the land of the petitioner. The Anchal Amin, Kako has submitted a report which clearly mentioned that the road was constructed over Plot No.226 and come from the report of the Anchal Amin that the road has not been constructed over Khata No.79, Plot No.677 of Mauza-Sulemanpur Thana No.589 but constructed over Khata No.52, Plot No.226, Mauza-Lodipur and petitioner has intentionally filed the present writ application only to obstruct the construction over the road and the report of the Anchal Amin suggests that the construction of road is going on the public land.

4. In view of the aforesaid, no case is made out for interference of this Court. Accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed.
