Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.10.2015 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in Case No. 326 of 2015, whereby an order has been passed under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also the order dated 01.04.2017 passed in Cr. Revision No. 37 of 2016 by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-IV, Sasaram (Rohtas), whereby the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate has been affirmed.

There is no requirement of this Court to pass any order in the present petition as the order passed under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has a life of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1966 of 2018(3) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 sixty days only. The natural corollary would be that even the order passed by the Revisional Court has become infructuous by now.

As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
