The grievance of the petitioner is non-payment of remuneration for the period he worked as Tola Sevak at Primary School Korbadha, Vibhutiput Block. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have denied the payment of remuneration for the period the petitioner has worked. The respondents are under the obligation to see that the remuneration for the period petitioner has worked should be paid to the petitioner.
Considering the above, the present writ petition is
Patna High Court CWJC No.13760 of 2015(3) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for payment of remuneration for the period petitioner has worked on verification of the records within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With regard to the other grievance as to continuance of service, the petitioner may approach the competent authority by filing representation, who shall decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
