The contempt application has been filed claiming wilfull disobedience of the order dated 27.7.2012 passed in CWJC No. 13517 of 2012.
As many as four show causes have been filed on behalf of the University and from a perusal of the same it appears that the order under contempt has been fully complied

The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
