JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2024 Though the present writ petition was filed for removal of encroachment from the public road, situated over R.S.Plot No. 373, Khata No 150, Village-Ladhaura, Tola-Dharampur, Anchal-Harnaut, District-Nalanda, however, the Respondents have filed a counter affidavit, stating therein that the encroachment in question has already stood removed. 2.

Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that probably, some encroachment is still remaining to be removed, hence, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Respondent No. 3, i.e. the Circle Officer, Harnaut, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.3544 of 2014(4) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 Nalanda, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
