1. No one appears for the petitioner.
2. The writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 01.10.2003, by which licence of the petitioner has been cancelled. It appears that he has preferred this writ petition based on an order passed on 03.07.2010, whereby appeal against the said order was rejected. He preferred writ petition before this court in 2011, wherein this Court has passed order on 03.08.2012. The writ petitions were disposed of granting him liberty to redress his grievance against the order before the Divisional Commissioner, which is informed to have been rejected on 27.04.2013.

3. Keeping in view thereto, no interference is warranted. More so, as the original licence was cancelled in way beck in 2003, by efflux of time, the licences cannot be now restored after almost 20 years.
