Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sangrampur P.S. Case No.80 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 307/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Munger.

As per written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing fire arm injury in the leg of the informant.

Case diary has been received. Injury report of the informant is available in the case diary which shows that operation of left leg of the informant was done by the doctor and metallic bullet was extracted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55007 of 2017 (4) dt.11-12-2017 2/2 In view of specific allegation against the petitioner, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
