JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2020 Heard Mr. Dinesh Prasad Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Navin Kumar Pandey, Additional Public Prosecutor for the state through video conferencing.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Srinagar PS Case No. 111/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation, as per First Information Report, is that the petitioner caused injury to the uncle of informant, Md. Nasim by means of arrow during sports event of Muharram.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altogether 20 persons have been made accused in this case and there is only one allegation against the petitioner that he caused injury to the uncle of the informant. Learned counsel referring to the Annexure-2, i.e., the injury report, submits that the injury

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the material on record and the fact that the injury caused to uncle of the informant is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, MD. SAGIR ALAM @ CHIKNA be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar PS Case No. 111/2017.
7. It is made clear that at the time of furnishing bail bonds all the parties shall follow the guidelines of social distancing.
