Petitioner seeks bail in Rajauli P.S. Case No.108 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that the police got information that one person is creating nuisance in intoxicating condition. It is further alleged that one bottle foreign liquor of 375ML has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28211 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.108 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
