In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3 as also in view of the order dated 13.05.2015 passed by the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, as contained in Annexure-A to the aforesaid show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties is made out. In above view of the matter, the present MJC application is dismissed, but the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 13.05.2015 (Annexure-A) before an appropriate forum/court for grant of an
