JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 After some argument, having sensed that this is an interim order passed in the year 2018 and learned counsel is not aware as to whether final judgment has been delivered in the case or not, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to avail any other remedy which may be available to the petitioner either against this order or in case the order has merged with the final judgment.
