The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S.Case No. 97 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the specific allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners assaulted the daughter of the informant as a result of which she died, which fact has been disclosed to the informant by none else but the daughter of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
