Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.155 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506, 379 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the occurrence is said to have taken place over the dispute for construction of road. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.40378 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.155 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

One of the conditions of the bail will be that in future the petitioners will not commit any such crime with anybody. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
