By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to make the payment of the amount to the petitioner being a teacher in Anugrah Narain Sinha Memorial College, Aurangabad against grants in aid for the period of 2008, 2010 to 2016 and as well as for being an intermediate teacher in the said college for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 to 2016.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has represented his matter before the Registrar, Magadh University (respondent no.6) by way of representation for redressal of his grievances, but till date, no action has been taken in this regard.

4. In such view of the matter, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (respondent no.6) along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through his counsel.

5. Needless to state that the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (respondent no.6) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
