2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 11.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 64288 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 74 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 324, 326 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. In pursuance of the order dated 21.06.2024, the report from the trial Court has been received regarding the stage of trial. The report of the trial Court shows that out of five charge-sheeted witnesses, one witness has been examined.

5. The Superintendent of Police, Begusarai is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32921 of 2024(3) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 to produce the witnesses on the date fixed in the trial. It is the responsibility of the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai to get the witnesses examined on the date fixed.

6. This application is again dismissed.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
