JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-09-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 dated 20.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R appears to have been lodged by the deceased himself in which he has named the petitioner. The postmortem report reveals that apart from one incised wound which hit the informant till his stomach cavity, there are other incised wounds also, thus corroborating the accusation in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31175 of 2019(4) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has remained in custody since 22.01.2019.

Considering the accusation against the petitioner and that also through the mouth of the deceased while he was alive, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.

The petition is dismissed.
