The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021 registered under Sections 364 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioners have been dragged in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40105 of 2021(4) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Samastipur in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
