1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the instant writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent's authority to consider the application of the petitioner as per the law within the statutory period of 45 days, regarding the illegal selection of the respondent no-7 on the post of Anganwadi Sevika at ward No-4 of village Asha Padari,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7225 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 Block-Simari, District-Buxar, and also direction to cancel the selection of respondent no-7, and further directions to the respondents to issue selection letter of the petitioner as being she is at the serial number-1 in the merit list."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Child Development Programme Officer, Simari Block, District Buxar to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner on 30.04.2022, which is annexed as annexure-4 to the present writ petition. It is directed accordingly.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
