JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-01-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would convert this criminal writ application into a civil writ application and as the matter pertains to release of a house which has been sealed in connection with the offence alleged under the provisions of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, perhaps it will go to a Hon'ble Division Bench.
