This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.79176 of 2019 by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks, but they failed to surrender within the time due to facts and circumstances mentioned in the petition.

In such view of the matter, the time to surrender is extended by further six weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4125 of 2021(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 11.12.2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This application stands disposed of.
