1. No one appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents is present. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the case was taken up on 3.10.2023.

2. The contention on behalf of the petitioner as borne out from the contents of the writ application is that he has not been paid the subsistence allowance for the period of suspension from 1.7.2001 to 28.2.2003 along with other dues as mentioned in paragraph no.1. It is further stated that no steps were taken by the respondents inspite of the petitioner filing representation on 5.12.2013 before the District Magistrate, Patna.

3. As no one appears on behalf of the petitioner on the second consecutive date, the writ petition stands dismissed,
