Petitioner is an accused in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
