The petitioner, in this writ application, prays for payment of uniform allowance for the year 2012-13 and allotment of work against the sanctioned post.

The petitioner was appointed as an A.N.M. by the competent authority and joined the said post on 15.6.1985 and on the day of fling of the application, she was A.N.M. in the Urban Family Welfare Center, Sub-Divisional Hospital, Dehari-on-Sone (Rohtas).

Patna High Court CWJC No.8148 of 2013 dt.16-05-2016 She has made a complaint that she has not been paid uniform allowance for the period 2012-13 without any rhyme or reason. Looking to the prayer made by the petitioner, the Authority concerned is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner, if she is entitled to the benefit, that should be paid to her without unnecessary delay. For the convenience, the petitioner will file a detailed representation before the Authority concerned who will dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
