JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not deposit the money as per the undertaking given before this Court, which has been recorded in the order dated 19.04.2018 while granting bail to these petitiners. He further submits that the order will be complied in further extended period of one month.

In such view of the matter, time to deposit the money is extended for further one month from today. It is clarified that no further extension will be granted to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43944 of 2018(2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 The order dated 19.04.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.16068 of 2018 is modified to the above extent.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
