ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 An affidavit in reply to the show-cause filed by the State of Bihar has been filed today in which it has been categorically averred that the consequential benefits pursuant to the shifting back of the date of the promotion of the petitioner has not yet been addressed to by the respondents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there was a specific direction to pay all consequential benefits, but the authorities have only partially complied with the order which is no compliance. List this case under the heading 'For Orders' on the 23rd of October, 2019, by which date, the State shall come back with full and final compliance of the order passed by this Court, failing which, this Court shall consider
