2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner took Rs. 2.62 lacs for executing a piece of land to the informant, but he did not execute the land nor did he return the money to the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Opposite party no.2 has not produced any paper to support that he gave any amount to the petitioner for executing a piece of land. Moreover, dispute is purely of

5. Considering the nature of dispute, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Rohtas at Sasaram in Complaint Case No. 435 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
