The present writ petition is being filed for declaration that the copy of revision petition bearing CR No.579 of 2001 (Arbind Prasad Sinha Vs. Ramendra Kishore and others) filed in Tr. No. 1184/2013 (Arbind Prasad Vs. Nripendra Kishore) and also filed in several other legal proceedings is forged and fabricated document and has been filed after making several interpolation in the certified copy of the petition obtained by the respondent no.2 to get undue advantage."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17426 of 2014(5) dt.29-08-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
