Having regard to the fact that no part of cause of action has taken within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, inasmuch as the dismissal order of the petitioner was passed in the State of Kerala and the appellate order was passed in the State of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, this Court will have no difficulty in holding that this writ application is not maintainable before this Court. That being so, this application is dismissed but then nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioner in moving the competent court.
