The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur P.S. Case No.411 of 2017 registered under Sections 188, 379, 447 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 40 of the Bihar Mine Minerals Concessions Act.
The police intercepted two trucks bearing registration no.UP-53DT-4445 and BR02GA-3102. One truck was loaded with sand and another truck bearing registration no.BR02GA-3102 was empty but the driver of the truck disclosed that he unloaded the sand.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that truck was empty but the petitioner has been made accused for theft

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur P.S.
