JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 5 of 2012 disclosing offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 Of the Indian Penal Code and further added Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per the F.I.R. lodged by the informant which principal of a school that is two cheques has lost and later on it is alleged that one cheque was produced by a person in the Bank. He was apprehended and he disclosed that the cheque has been given to him by the petitioners.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. shows that the name has not been withdrawn on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29729 of 2019(4) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 the above cheque and moreover, the petitioners are also assistant teacher in the school and they have falsely implicated the school principal due the politics.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-V, Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 5 of 2012 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
