JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Nagar Parishad. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has retired from the service after attaining the age of superannuation from the post of cashier cum tax Daroga on 31.03.2012 but post retiral dues has not been paid to him.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Bettiah, West Champaran to calculate the admissible post retiral dues of the petitioner and make his payment within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
