2. By the said order, the claim of the petitioner to select Mulia Devi Girls High School, Deodihi, as Project Girls

Patna High Court CWJC No.3915 of 2013 dt.25-04-2017 2/2 School, in Chenari Block, of Rohtas District, has been rejected.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. I have seen the impugned order, from which it appears that the State Government has already selected Gangotri Dulari Girls High School, Chenari, as Project Girls School, in Chenari Block. As per policy decision of the State Government, only one Girls High School was to be selected as Project Girls School in one block. The decision of the State Government to reject claim for selection of Mulia Devi Girls High School, Deodihi, in that background, cannot be said to be unreasonable.
