JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2018 The writ petition has been filed for salary for the period of 12.03.1996 to 09.06.1997 during which period the petitioner was kept waiting for postings in the Health Department, Patna. Pursuant to the last direction, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent State. Present stand is that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the Department as the period in question has been regularized in the following manner : "(i) The period from 12.3.1996 to 03.06.1997 has been regularized as waiting for posting.

(ii) The period from 04.06.1997 to 09.06.1997 has been regularized as paid leave."
