2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.260 of 2023 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against seven named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation that they in connivance with each other started pelting stone upon the informant and his father due to which informant's father got injured and fell down. Upon noise, villagers gathered and with the help of villagers, the informant went with his father to hospital and then doctor declared his father dead.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that upon bare reading of the F.I.R., it become crystal clear that

No.36748 of 2024(3) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 the cause of dispute is for fodder cutting machine due to which the discussion took place and both informant and petitioner who are neighbourers, started scuffling with each other and pelting stone took place from both sides in which series of persons injured and subsequently, the informant's father died.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2023 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.260 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
