Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was refused to the petitioners vide order dated 27.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18602 of 2017.

Submission is that the injured herself has stated before the police that she sustained injury due to fall. In the event of surrender of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today, the court below would consider the aforesaid material while disposing of the application for bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari, Sitamarhi.
