2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Medani Chauki P.S. Case No. 122 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of taking away the motorcycle belonging to the petitioner along with other criminals. He is in jail since 29.08.2023 and is accused in 12 more cases.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
