Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 101 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153A, 295A, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against a large number of accused persons, including the petitioners is of disruption of communal harmony and pelting of stones in Ram Navmi procession. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that a large number of persons have been made accused in this case and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49442 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 101 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
