1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition prays as under:- "1. That the application is for the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents Principal Secretary/ Director Primary Education to examine the Matriculation Certificate, Matriculation Marksheet, Teacher's Training Certificate, I.Sc Certificate along

Patna High Court CWJC No.14485 of 2015(2) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 with Marksheet and B.Sc(Math) Certificate with marksheet and enquire whether the respondent Surendra Pathak has got his appointment as well as promotion on the basis of forged/manufactured academic certificates in collusion and conspiracy with other respondents, and also for direction to recover the total public money received by the respondent Surendra Pathak towards his salary from September 1988 till date and accordingly punish the said respondents in accordance with law and dismiss him."

2. This Court would not enter into a fishing enquiry to examine the documents of respondent no. 6 merely at the asking of the petitioner.

3. The writ petition is wholly frivolous and accordingly dismissed.
