Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to approach the State Appellate Authority. In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioners within a period of one month from today alongwith a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority will decide the appeal on its own merit after condoning the delay in filing the appeal in view of the fact that the present writ application involving the issue of validity of the decision of District Appellate Authority which is pending for nearly four years.
