====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 The present application has been filed seeking modification in the cause title of the order dated 18.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 39091 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail by the aforesaid order but on account of difference in the cause title of the bail application as well as the remand order a confusion arose but the learned court below has been pleased to release the petitioner on provisional bail. Learned counsel further submits that in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 39091 of 2021 the description of the petitioner is as follows: Shabnam, wife of Jawabdeen @ Janabdeen, Resident of Village Kursail Balua, P.S. Jokihat (Mahalgaon),

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35546 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 District Araria but in the remand order the description of the petitioner is as follows: Bibi Shabnam, aged about 45 years, wife of Md. Alam, Resident of Naya Tola, Chakai, Ward No. 7, P.S. Jokihat (Mahalgaon), District Araria, as such, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that what has been recorded in the remand order may also form part of the cause title in Cr. Misc. No. 39091 of 2021.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 39091 of 2021 is modified to read as "Shabnam @ Bibi Shabnam, aged about 45 years, Gender Female, wife of Jawabdeen @ Janabadeen @ Md. Alam, original Resident of Village Kursail Balua, Ward No. 8, P.S. Jokihat (Mahalgaon), District Araria, present address at Naya Tola Chakai, Ward No. 7, P.S. Jokihat (Mahalgaon), District Araria".

The order dated 18.04.2022, the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 39091 of 2021 is now modified to read as aforesaid. Accordingly, the present modification application is allowed.
