"This court has passed a detailed order dated 04.04.2024, and directed the Registry to translate the Annexures which are in Hindi into English. Subsequently, the Annexures are translated and the same are kept on record.

2. Further the matter was taken up on 15.04.2024 and on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as a last indulgence, the matter was posted to 23.04.2024. On 23.04.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the arguing counsel of this case is on legs before another Court, therefore, he sought short adjournment.

3. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as a last indulgence, list this matter on 03.05.2024."

2. Inspite of passing the matter as a last indulgence, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this Court is of the considerable view the petitioner has no interest to evince with the matter.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
