The present revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 19.03.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran, Motihari in Maintenance Case No. 352 of 2016, by which the learned court below has directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 3000/- to opposite party no. 2, Roksana Khatoon and Rs. 1500/- each to her childern (O.P. Nos. 3 and 4) i.e. total Rs. 6000/- per month as maintenance.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a labourer and earned Rs. 300/- per day as wages,
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.35 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 whereas opposite party no. 2 is running a vegetable shop in Meena Bazar and earned approximately Rs. 25,000/- per month. He further submits that opposite party no. 2 is a high tampered lady and she did not want to live with the petitioner in his house. Petitioner is always ready to keep his wife along with children with all respect and dignity.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, perusing the case record as well as the impugned order passed by the learned court below, I find no illegality in the impugned order.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
