JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i). That the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner for promotion on the post of Enforcement Inspector with retrospective effect from 31.10.2002 and thereafter consider the case of the petitioner on the post of Enforcement Officer w.e.f. 31.10.2010 on the basis of his eligibility.
(ii). That the respondents may be directed to take immediate steps to fill up the post of Enforcement Inspector and enforcement Officer
