JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to release 545 bags of wheat seized by Block Supply Officer, Maharajganj, Siwan on 09.06.2013 in favour of the petitioner in Confiscation Case No. 48 of 2013-14 pending before the learned Collector, Siwan.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the basis of the stand in the counter affidavit that the subject food grains has since been confiscated and hence the present writ petition need no longer be pressed.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed with
