The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 381 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1B)(a), 26(II) and 35 of the Arms Act along with Section 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Considering the serious nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
