Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chhatapur P.S. case no. 141 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s)341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 354(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that husband of the informant and petitioners are own brothers. There is land between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45758 of 2018(2) dt.13-08-2018 2/3 The wife of petitioner no.2 also filed a case vide Chhatapur P.S. case no. 140 of 2018 against the informant and others.

In the instant case, there is general and omnibus allegation against all these petitioners of abusing the informant and also assaulting her husband causing injury to him. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Chhatapur P.S. case no. 141 of 2018 , they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.- IV, Supaul subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45758 of 2018(2) dt.13-08-2018 3/3 will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioners.
