The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the instant case was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjit Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2018, yet he has not put on TIP.

Considering the fact that the case was registered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29186 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 against unknown and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has not put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Danapur, in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.273 of 2018.
