1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred one another writ petition bearing CWJC No.3122 of 2023, wherein he has challenged the order of punishment, hence the present writ petition is not being pressed, however, it is prayed that the petitioner be granted liberty to raise all the issues, raised in the present petition at the time of hearing of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC

Patna High Court CWJC No.8265 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 No.3122 of 2023. Liberty so sought is granted.
