2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 171/2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/379/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with axe on the head of the wife of the informant. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 21 days. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event

No.29440 of 2025(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- IV, Jamui in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 171/2020, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
